A sound bath is an experience in which a sound practitioner leads you through deep sound vibrations using various sound instruments such as gongs, chimes, crystal singing and Tibetan bowls. The sound from these instruments corresponds and resonates with specific energy centers and meridians within the body. Sound baths are an excellent form of therapy that promotes physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being. They aid in managing anxiety, improves focus, and allow for greater states of relaxation in the body.

Come join us for an opportunity to relax and renew yourself with a one-hour Sound Bath session. The sound bath is an experience and immersion into sound therapy facilitated by Tonia.

Arrive early! Doors close promptly at 6:30 pm: No late entrance is allowed to preserve the sanctity of the sessions for attendees.

What else is going on this week?

Monday-Sunday our Studio space will be open 11am-5pm. Like last year, we'll have intentional bracelet building, Blessing Bottles, geode cracking and the Crystal Temple. Look for the new build your own Charmed Life Necklace set up in the store! Priced original paintings by Suzanne Michell will also be available for purchase in this space.
Monday-Sunday 11a-5p: FREE - Crystal Temple: Meet the lovely large stone collection residing in the Studio. The Crystal Council is waiting for you. We’ll try to run our guided meditation if possible. Our regular Crystal Temple happens once a month on the 3rd Wednesday of the month, 11am-2pm
Monday 6p-8:30p: Tarot & Tea- FREE - beginners welcome! A chance to hang with community and learn a little.
Tuesday 6:30pm-8:30pm: FREE New Moon Ritual Gathering – facilitated by Clare and Drew. Doors open at 6:00pm, come for guided meditation, and astrological forecast for the month and channeled messages by these two phenomenal Readers.
Friday 6:30pm arrival, 7:00pm door is locked for an hour: FREE Seated Sound bath with Soul Sound Sanctuary. Get a small taste of an awesome experience and then get signed up for the real deal!
Saturday 6p-9p: FREE - 7th Anniversary Celebration hosted by the Rock Mamas Suzanne & Toni

Dr. Tonia Burgess has a doctorate in education with a specialization in transformational leadership. She is a published author and a servant leader. After more than 36+ years of working with entrepreneurs who want to do business with the government, she has decided to pursue a new path. Tonia is now a sound bath practitioner who is studying the science and theory of vibration, resonant frequencies, coherence, and integration. She uses sound and voice healing through various modalities. Tonia has received training from well-respected and experienced shamans, lightworkers, musicians, and scientists who are world-renowned in their field of study.
Tonia is an empath and intuitive who answered the call. She believes our world needs more healing spaces filled with love and light!
