No! Our retail business is anchored by Rock Mama Gallery – nearly 2,000 square feet of rocks, jewelry, metaphysical tools, and gifts of whimsy – located in Sacramento, CA.

Our store is located at 5501 Power Inn Rd., Sacramento, CA, 95820. Rock Mama Studio, our beautiful gathering/classroom space is located in the same shopping center.

It is important to know that there is no standard rating process for ethics or sustainability for the crystal industry. Any person or group who makes that claim is, at best, basing it on their own evaluation of those terms and, at worst, pandering to popular trends.

We purchase most of our inventory during our annual shopping trip to the Tucson Gem Showcase. While there, we focus on locating and purchasing directly from the miners, artisans, or people from the community of origin, who provide direct economic/social benefit to that community.

Throughout the year, we source almost exclusively through vendors with whom we have cultivated relationships over the past 15+ years and whose business philosophies and practices align with ours.

We carefully curate the products we bring into our store and website, and we purchase only items that we would be happy to add to our own personal collections. 

Absolutely yes! We carry a very select offering of treated, dyed and cultivated crystals which are, nonetheless, real crystals. We try to disclose this information upfront and we are happy to discuss these items on a case-by-case basis if there is concern. The exception to this (because the exception makes the rule) is goldstone. Goldstone is man-made, of glass and copper. We carry it because, over the centuries since it was first created, its beauty, history, and lore have imparted a certain symbolism that resonates with many people.



Most of our stretch bracelets accommodate a 7-1/2” wrist circumference, which is about standard. We can re-string most of our natural stone stretch bracelets to accommodate larger or smaller sizes for a fee of about $4. We cannot re-size adjustable bracelets or bracelets set in silver. Please include your request to resize your bracelet in the Order Notes on the checkout page. We will contact you to let you know if we can accommodate the request and final cost for the adjustment.


The listings for our chain necklaces indicate whether they come on an 18” or 24” chain. If you would like us to switch the size, please include your request in the Order Notes at checkout. We can accommodate most requests at no additional cost. Our cord necklaces are adjustable from 17” – 30” and we cannot make adjustments to cord lengths. 


We are unable to re-size rings.

If you have any special sizing requests, please send us an email at Happy to Help or include your question in the Order Notes at checkout. We will respond as quickly as possible. It is important to note that we may not be able to accommodate all requests and that fulfilling adjustment requests may add time to the shipping window. If you request an adjustment after your order has shipped, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees.

Yes! You can send a gift card to anyone here, plus you can even add a video message to your gift card email.


Generally speaking, within 3-5 days. Choosing Priority Mail will help hasten delivery. 

Our primary concern is that your order arrives safely, reiki-cleansed and blessed and ready to support you for your best and highest good. Although our shipping policy allows up to 72 hours before shipping, we strive to have your order pulled, packed and ready for USPS pick up within 36 hours. 

Yes certainly can ship your order to a PO box.


If you are not happy with your order or any item in it, you may return it within three weeks for refund. Please contact us within ten days of delivery, if you wish to return an item. For more information on our return policy click here.
