Ligaya Na-oy
In 2014, Ligaya felt a powerful call to reconnect with her spiritual essence, guiding her to delve into European Shamanism in 2015. Through this transformative journey, she acquired essential practices to remove the barriers to healing. Here, she embraced foundational principles for deep, transformative healing and embarked on pathways to personal sovereignty. This marked a pivotal and heart-centered chapter in her spiritual evolution, igniting a voyage of self-discovery and profound connection.
Ligaya's path took a profound turn in 2019 when she joined the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition (PMT). This transformative tradition helped to reawaken the shamanic rituals and ceremonies from her youth, supporting her in accessing the wisdom of her ancestors that honor both the seen and unseen worlds. As a Pachakuti Mesa Sanctioned Teacher, she shares her joy, curiosity, and the treasures of being present. Her journey is one of continuous self-discovery, exploration, and celebrating the sacred interconnectedness of all beings and the natural world.
